Does power of the spheres stack with other similar spells such as summon water power?

Yes it stacks, but not with crystal shield (which autocasts POTS)

An EA Pan with Thistle mace, Crystal shield and Spell focus casting Strength of Gaia and Hellpower and Charm x3 on hostile super-combatants.... always puts a smile on my face :) Too bad there have to be access to some nice indies (or liberal empowering) to make that possible :( Then again, works fine even without a crystal shield :p

Sabbath Master with 2 Sabbath Slaves is just as effective as a Crystal Shield and probably a lot easier for Pangaea to get.
