100 Prec Weapon Possible?
I know that its possible to have 100 prec weapons because many do: mind blast, mesmerize, etc. But when I tried modding it myself it totally failed. Setting #att 100 on a ranged weapon just caps at 25...
Is it possible to mod a 100 prec weapon? If so, what command(s) do you use?? |

I tried it once for a caster targeted spell, but I am not sure if it works properly. Here is the code I used:

It works fine for spells, he's talking weapons.
I already answered his question on irc, in the negatory. I'd be surprised if someone came in and had the clean answer he wants. |

The only way is to overwrite vanilla attack with 100 precision. There is a ranged "Curse" attack that is used just by some Doom Horror and a marginal Bogarus summon.

I eventually just gave up. Chalked it up to another of the glaring Dom3 inconsistencies.
