A random event take place in their PBW game?

We have done over 100 turns with no occuring.
Settings are high occurance.
I think this may be a bug,
So I am seeking if anybody has seen any.

Yes, one of homeworlds declared independence once. There were no riots before that and intel was off, so I think that must have been a random event.

even on high, random events dont happen all that often. I think geo reported a planetary core instability in the Last junkyard wars. there is really no way a bug like that could be PBW specific though, its probably just a coincidence.
