Possible Bug?
 

Hey folks,

In one of my battles today, my mages did something I can't explain. Even though they were given the "(cast)(cast)(cast)(cast)(cast)Spells" script, after their 5 casts, they all moved to the rear rank to position themselves behind a Phantom Warrior that had just been summoned by a Siren with the "(cast)(cast)(cast)(cast)(cast)Stay behind troops" script. They would follow behind the Phantom Warrior until the Siren summoned a new one, and then move back to the rear rank to position themselves behind the newly summoned Phantom Warrior. Rinse and repeat for the entire battle. Since the enemy's ST stayed in his rearmost rank, they never got into range to use their offensive spells.

Aren't mages with the "Spells" general script supposed to stay in place and cast spells? Or is it, if there's no target in range with the "Spells" general order (since they only have spells left to cast that require a target), then they "Stay behind troops" instead of standing still doing nothing?

I think you mean SC. If you didn't have any spells that they could cast on any valid targets, then cast spells becomes stay behind troops.
