Swedish OOB Bug
 

For game year 1996 the only type of Swedish infantry company available without organic transport is paratrooper.

For the same year there are no independent infantry MG units are available.

Suggestion: Add a generic infantry company and a generic MG section/platoon whose kit is of the proper national flavor.

The Swedish OOB post 1989 is a sort of "rough suggestion".
There are loads of guesses etc made by the OOB author regarding formations and equipment that never advanced beyond trials.


Some trivia re: fskj:

Swedish Fallskärmsjägare (Paratroopers) operate in section size* units. During the cold war they were primarily a recce asset to higher HQ (and would likely have been inserted in the Arctic North in case of a conflict with the USSR).
Although their "mission" has changed some since the end of the cold war they still have more of a Special Forces character.

*During the incident of the stranded Soviet Whiskey class sub S-363 in 1981, Fallskärmsjägare were used as the ground element guarding the sub. Bit unusual, but I guess somebody thought they were the most reliable.
