Dynamic Campaign: The Best and the Worst

It is early 2010.

You are a veteran officer of the British Yorkshire Regiment with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan behind you.

You are preparing for another trip to Helmland province, but just prior to deployment your orders change.

The government of Yemen has asked for UK assistance in their struggle against the terrorist network Al-Qaida.

You are to lead a small British battlegroup with a supporting role and help the army of Yemen deal with the terrorist threat. Officially, that is the story - but all is not what it seem to be...

Ok Imp, here we go - this is the modern one (it'll be a bit of desert-fighting to begin with, hope you don't mind).

Install the files into your campaign folder. It will use campaign slot 018. The first scenario will be a 1 turn affair. The second one is where the game proper starts.

Be sure to save the game before the battle ends, preferably on the very last turn before the end screen comes up. This must be done to allow additional scenarios to be added to the camp.

Don't be reckless with your core. Some refitting points have been added but you can not allow yourself to wast any units.

Good Luck and Good Hunting! :)

Well Wulfir praise where its due I have only just looked at & have to say was not quite expecting that level of detail. A scant few hours after you get mission parameters I have the start of a tailor made campaign with a nice background report. intel etc just like a normal user campaign. Rock on looking forward to this thanks, nice map by the way which brings me on to my next commision.:)
You seem pretty good at knocking out nice maps pretty fast after all quite a few in the game are yours from scenerios you have created. I was wondering if you would not mind if you could knock up a few with PBEM or vs AI generated battles in mind. Specifically made to be reasonably balanced for meeting engagements as most maps are more suited to advance delay.
Off to see if I can keep my boys alive & ever make it to Afganistan or wherever you take me.

That is easy - any particular country you had in mind?

Thought you might be up for it but no real pref I play most of them though think majority do central Europe.
Possibly generic multipurpose. C. Europe, Hilly rough for Balkans Korea etc, Some Russia like steppes African plainsetc. Your call depending on mood any will be helpfull & some theatres obviously take longer than others. I am sure any would be appreciated.

The Yorks seem to have run into stiffer resistance by the way

The MoD is very concerned about British casualties.

It draws attention to the whole Yemen operation, which can be damaging to both the British and Yemeni governments...

British and Yemeni Government Forces relation more my concern, turns out passengers destroyed onboard Panther were Yemen offered a lift by us. Efforts are being made to keep them from the front as training not the Mae West they seem to have a habit of blundering into the enemy causing casulties. Pleased to report this is not the case for our boys training means we get the jump on the rebels. Toe hold in North of town Southern force meeting resistance en route.
