Some newbie Qs

1.Do I understand properly that if unit wears boots of behemoth, he tramples, instead of all attaks even if he has many attaks?
Attak of Begemoth boots? 10? Or unit's attack?

2.When unit has many attacks (gore, boots, etc.)
Does each of attack eats reinvig. ? Or for reinvig. they counts together as 1 attack?

3.If unit not ambidextrious, his 2nd hend attack is pennalized. Is attack pennalized somehow for many attacks?

4.If I have quickness on units (spell or bless) - can all his attacks happen twice?

5.Does each attack, if there are many of them (horns, boots, sword1, sword2 ), eats AP each or counts ogether as 1 attack?

Re: Some newbie Qs

1. With the boots on, he'll only trample anything smaller than him. He'll only use his weapons on same- or larger-sized opponents.

2. Each weapon does not cause fatigue. One attack consists of a single use of each weapon he has, and it increases his fatigue by the encumbrance amount. One attack cannot target more than one square, so if you kill everything in the square then some weapons may go unused.

3. You can see the per-weapon penalties by clicking on the unit's attack statistic.

4. The quickness spell gives two attacks per combat round, so all the attacks can happen twice. Each attack can target a different square. If a weapon of yours kills all the units in a square, and that attack still had unused weapons, those weapons are "wasted" in that attack.

5. (horns, sword, sword2) are weapons, not attacks. One attack consists of you using all your weapons.

Im not sure about 5.
Probably each weapon is an attack judging by Multiple attacks mention on page 76 from the manual.

No, it's just like vfb said.

However I'm pretty sure that enemy defense reduces for every weapon and not attack in this sense.

Yes, but I think that's just semantics. Different uses of the word 'attack'. Perhaps distinguish between 'weapon attacks' and 'attack actions'?

Each weapon attack reduces defense. All the listed weapon attacks for a unit get made in an attack action. (Some, like the Sword of Swiftness get made twice.) Each attack action targets 1 square, adds fatigue based on encumbrance and uses up AP.
Various forms of quickness add AP and thus allow extra attack actions.

I have a question too

After losing the bidding for mercenaries the money is lost?

Does only successful weapon attack lowers defence or any weapon attack try lowers it?
