Known issues in winSPWW2v4 -CORRECTED
 

PLEASE NOTE

The issue of basic PBEM security and the "three corrected OOB's" have been addressed and corrected with the release of winSPWW2v4.25




While playing in basic security mode during PBEM campaigns and stand alone single games players will get error messages that refer to changes detected in the other players OOB's ( OBATs )

This is a false error message and should be ignored by both sides. There will be a patch issued correct this problem in late March 2010 once the next winSPMBT is released.

Also, there are three OOB's that have been corrected due to an unexplained OOB error NOT related to the problem mentioned above and those corrections can be downloaded from the "winSPWW2 v4.0 -- 3 CORRECTED OOBs" thread found in this sticky area. Those three OOBs will also be included in this patch as well

We ask that anyone who PBEMs that reads this please let your opponent know about this issue before starting a new game.
