Regeneration and Undead
Lifeless beings don't benefit from regeneration, but ordinary undead do, right? So if I equip my Bane Lord, Harvester of Sorrows, Black Servant, Wraith Lord, etc with regeneration items, they will benefit.

Re: Regeneration and Undead
Yes. Basically you will see the icon of the regeneration. (2 headed hydra is it?)
If you dont see it is because regeneration cant be used. |
Re: Regeneration and Undead
don't give a Harvester regen, they have life drain. really don't give them weapons either, they lose the life drain. HoS is probably the cheapest ready to go out of the box raider there is. Give them Luck, Antimagic, Defense, or something along those lines, in their misc slots and let em loose.

Re: Regeneration and Undead
Better yet is not to cast them at all.

Re: Regeneration and Undead
for raiders, there just isn't a better cost-benefit option. natural flying, stealth, etherealness, fear10, high MR. slap on luck and antimagic and there isn't a PD that stands a chance, and they will be pretty much immune to mindhunts ect ect. you get all that for 20 D and 6 S.

Re: Regeneration and Undead
Since they have 0 encumbrance, is it worth also tossing on blacksteel armor, to deal with magic weapons or that 1 in 4 shots that get through the ethereal?

Re: Regeneration and Undead
they have no bodies, so no. even if they did that would be spending more gems than necessary to have them fill their function. the point of thugs is to have the absolute cheapest thing that can do what it needs to do.
they will have def 16 and something like 65 hp. they are fit enough to survive a stray hit. |
