Misplaced my Mod folder...?

Well I have a laptop with Windows7 and after installing Dominions III, I've decided to try out some new mods... except I can't locate the mod folder. Has anybody else had this problem? Any solutions? My desktops with Windows Vista and XP never had this problem.

Check in the location listed under that first question. In Vista / Windows7, the saved games and mod folders end up there if Dominions is installed to program files, and UAC is turned on
