VP's and dominion

do victory points still spread dominion in games with standard victory?

Yes, VP's spread dominion with standard victory conditions. (just tested it)

FYI - This even applies to EA/LA Mictlan (unless this has changed recently, as I tested this a few years ago)

Yes, vp for mictlan seem not to be affected at all. Vps figure very strongly into my strategy with mictlan, setting up a dominion pocket etc.
