HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
I am somewhat computer challenged and all of a sudden some strange things happened with my Dom 3 file I guess.
I am getting Nagot gick fel! my load mallac: can't open./ flag trs Can anyone help me. If I have to reload can go to the mods and the map file and copy the whole file into a new folder and stick them into the new load? |
Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
Have you tried cold booting the computer?
Thats a complete shutdown (power it down, then turn OFF the power switch or pull the plug, then turn it back on) Then check to make sure you have space left on the hard drive. Then Id run the latest patch again. The flag.trs is included. |
Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
didn't work...guess i will uninstall and try and install agian...I have copied all mods, maps, saved games, etc to seperate files and will try and drop them into new install, if that doesn't work....I don't know.
As I said I am computer challenged and 2 years of all those file to try and D/L agian is going to be I fear to big a task... |
Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
The 'mods' and 'maps' folders can be copied safely in entirety. I'm unsure of the 'savedgames' folder, but I do know that individual files can be safely copied from this folder.

Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
GEEEEEEEZ, it CAN'T be this hard....I reinstalled the whole thing and now get the Nagot gick fel! bad #select armour command
Arrrrrggghhhhhhhhhh, what the *^#* is that? |
Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
while you're all tied up with this weird error, remember to give yourself an extension in all those games you're in. shouldn't be too hard as you're more often than not the admin, no reason to stale while you're trying to fix dominions ;)

Are you using Windows Vista/7?

Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
Try going to the dominions3 directory and click on just the dom3.exe directly

Re: HEEEELP Nagot gick fel!
a bad #select armor is either a corrupted or missing mod file.
I would not have advised reinstalling it adds uncertainty. here are the first couple of things to do: 1. re download the mod file. Make sure the mod file matches the name in question. If you are getting this multiple times, its probably the CBM mod. 2. make sure that the mods directory (right name) is in the right location. Make sure the mod has been unzipped (unpacked) into the mods directory. |
