LAST Question... for now
 

I saw a game listed that with details, said racial points were 3000. I don't get it. Creating an empire I only have 2000 points. What's up with that? Thanks.

When setting up your empire, you can set the amount of racial points that an empire can have. 2k 3k and 5k.

Start a new game, Go to Player settings, and look at the bottom box. Its called Racial Points for New Players.
