I use the below reference whenever I design a rainbow, lots of details are cut out due to formatting, and I have yet to summarize probabilities base of paths / lvl / spell type. Hope this helps

A lot of the sites that formerly had the any land but cave mask have been changed so they can appear in caves as well. I'd need to update the DB according to the bug shortlist entry where the sitemask bugs have been rectified.
