Are Mummies worth the bother of summoning

Hi playing my first end game SP as EA Mictlan and as expected Im doing well. I made the helm of Amon Hotep that allows you to summon mummies but they seem to be a weak unit other than for spreading disease. Are there better ways to utilize mummies?

There are generally better waays to utilise Amon Hotep. Mummies have a bit of meh about them, although the AP on their attack can be useful sometimes. Amon Hotep, though, is very good when put on a SC.

for a different opinion - I don't like Amon Hotep at all.

there are sites that will let you summon mummies with a death mage. I consider it barely worthwhile to stick a 1d mage in there.(low cost).

However I don't consider it worthwhile to give a low d mage amonhotep. too many gems invested in it.

So, I wouldn't build it - but since you have, I'd give it to an SC. And you probably have better things for an SC to be doing than summoning mummies.

What is not to like about Amon Hotep? Its looks like an awesome helm! Expensive like hell, yes, but... FR, MR and invulnerability at the same time?

you still lose to kokytus, for example.

Suppose you could spend 30 gems to go from mr25 to mr45.
Is it worth it? I contend not. You'd do better off getting other sc's to 28ish.
