Facilities in combat replay
I've noticed that you don't see any facilities when watching the combat replay from attacking a planet. Therefore, you don't know how many it had that you destroyed. Is this a bug or feature?

Re: Facilities in combat replay
That's the same as you not being able to see the component damage on the ships.
Inconvienient at best. It does make Long Range Scanners more valuable, since they'll let you see the component damge you did after combat. |
Re: Facilities in combat replay
You can never see a planet's facilities, either in combat or using Long Range Scanners. The only way you can find out (besides asking) is to use intel operations.

Just right-click on the planet and the usual planet information screen will pop up. You can then look at facilities, cargo, abilities, etc. I use this to check out the number of weapon platforms when I enter combat with a planet... |
Re: Facilities in combat replay
I haven't played a tactical fight in so long I hadn't considered that. I thought he was referrign to PBW or email game.
