Happiness from ship construction

In the happiness data file, there are separate and distinct categories for "ship constructed" and "any ship constructed," each with a different happiness modifier. What determines under which Category a newly-constucted ship will fall? Is it the type, or whether or not it has weapons? Lately I've been designating all of my colony ships and transports as attack ships just in case it might result in additional happiness that way.

Re: Happiness from ship construction

I think that "ship constructed" refers to a ship being constructed in the same sector as a planet, and "any ship constructed" refers to a ship being constructed anywhere in the same system.
