Sound problem on XP. Help appreciated
 

Hi Gentlemen,

Got an annoying problem while playing both Winspww2 and Winspmbt. 10 to 15 minutes into the game and the sound disappears and it gets kinda slow and jerky. Not major 'cos I just save it, go out of the game and start up again. Good for another spell. No problems with any other games and checked and updated all drivers etc. PC is a fairly new Pentium Duo. Seem to recall that it didnt happen before upgrading to WINSPWW2 latest patch but that wouldn't explain why it happens on WINSPMBT.

Anyone ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Sounds like something is going on in the background I would do a full virus/spyware scan
