OOB editor sets speed to 0 on commit
When updating Finnish OOB I ran into the following bug:
If I edit a Heavy Transporter unit the editor sets speed to 0 on commit. If I change the unit class and then commit the speed stays intact. Furthermore, if I change a unit class to Heavy Transporter and commit the speed goes to 0. |

Yes, you have indeed found a bug in MOBHack for winSPMBT ( MOBHack for winSPWW2 works OK ). We'll look into it
