Sub needed for Midgard in Gluttony LA game

Looking for a sub for Midgard in Gluttony LA game. Game thread is here-> Gluttony

Looks like a decent position. They're leading in research. Middle of the pack in terms of provinces, income, gem income, and army size. I think they're at peace with their neighbors. Player has staled twice in a row but it doesn't look like it hurt them too badly. Game is on turn 23.
