Permanent sub needed for LA C'tis in Gluttony

Permanent sub needed for LA C'tis in Gluttony mp game. Nation is mid strength in terms of provinces, research, and gem income. Close second in terms of army size. Not one of the top nations but certainly not out of the running either. Currently fighting a war with R'lyeh.
