AI Test Game (Various)
 
After seeing all the testing done with the TDM Modpack and the various races contained within I decided to start one of my own. There are a few TDM races in the mix for this AI test but mostly they are the 'other races', ones either less known or not included in the modpack.

Races were chosen by looking at Andres's Race Directory at the Kuat Drive Yards site as well as numerous races posted here (as well as a few that are Favorites of mine like the Zorians.) Latest/updated AI's were used when found.

Game type: Modified Medium Cluster (no nebula or Black Holes). 10 AI's, (+ me), Hard AI with Low bonus. Low tech start, med tech cost, 5000 point empire files. 3 good planet start with 20,000 resource start. May the 'best' AI win.

Tech: BattleCruisers, Armor III, PDC III, DUV IV, Warheads II, Small wpn I, Physics I, work on Fighters, Mines, Warheads. Good Satellite use, LOTS of defense ships.

Vikings: War Urkra-Tal,
Tech: Destroyers, Troops I, Mines I, Shields IV, Sensors I, Cmb support I, PDC III, Shield Dmg wpn II, Planet wpn II, DUC IV, Troop wpn I, Warheads II. Work on Light Cruisers.

Khrel: War with Urkra-Tal

Urkra-Tal: War Vikings, War Khrel.

NOTE to Atraikius: Gorn have only 2 space yards @ turn 15 with one more in the works. avg for all other races is 6.

Another note: If people truely want to be surprised by these races, don't read any further Posts (don't want to spoil too much).. And if creators want their race to be 'less detailed' in these Posts, please let me know.

Go Vandron http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif !! Just to be sure, that is the 2.0 Version right? You can get the newest AI Version in the Vandron thread if its not. I still haven't posted the complete Version to the mod section because i want to finish the speech file first.

Looks that the verison of the Yuuzhan Vong you're using is not the Last (they have their old flag).
Go ahead Vongs, cleanse all those pathetic races from your promised land!

Andres, I believe I updated the AI for the Vong from your Last release, I do all my gaming/testing on my p133 and have to transfer everything over on 'floppies'. So I just transfered the AI files over and kept the bitmaps the same. Up to turn 25 and they are looking good http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif. The race I am using is the Red Gauntlets on full AI, I just select the colony type for them and build a wpn platform now and then to keep them in the running. (The Vong are pounding them quite mercilessly).
