Will disease spread to non-diseased units?
 

I'm still a newbie, and on my current game, I built up a huge army too quickly, so I had to deal with starvation. That is under control now, but a large amount of my units are now diseased. Do I need to completely separate them from non-diseased units (i.e., move them to a new province)? I'm just wondering if they will infect healthy units.

This game will hopefully be wrapped up soon, then I'm going to play one more single-player game to get down the basics, then it's off to multiplayer! Woohoo!

No. They will not.

Not normal diseased units anyway. There are summonable units and items that will spread disease.
