Fix for Scenario Archive
 

Okay here is the deal.

We are going to be putting in a new download fuctionality in the forum for scenario upload/download and this tool will not be work with the old downloads. So we have made a page to allow you to access the old downloads and then if you wish you can move them to the new archive later.
