AT&T has had to change back bone providers since Excite @ home went under yestarday. You should have gotten a call, letter, or email about it prior to the system being shut down. AT&T is now using a differant Back Bone provider, so all email accounts have to be changed. I am still working on mine. Been working on it since June. So if you get it figured out, let me know please. Thanks.

They did not call us until after it went down and They leave a recorded message saying it will take 7 days to switch us over.

Man that's as bad as when the road crew accidentally cut my cable line. no cable, no cable modem, no internet. But they did get it fixed ... what was it, 5 days earlier than expected!
