MP - Consequences of Creating Two Pretenders with One Instance of Dom3?

In a MP game (vanilla), can someone else create your pretender for you to submit?

My concern is around the potential licencing implications.

Both guys own properly licenced copies so will be submitting turns from legit separate instances of Dom3 once the game starts - will it stuff things up if two of the pretenders were created by the one instance (licence) of Dom3, even though as the game goes on separate instances (with distinct licence keys) are used for each nation?

I am guessing this will be OK (because subbing is clearly OK), but just wanted to get some advice.

you should be fine. if i understand your question right. one person sends in the pretender, and someone else is sending turns?

the game only checks that each .2h file has a different key

That will cause no problem, I'm fairly sure.
