Sub needed: Momentum
 

For EA C'tis. Strong position. Game is in late game. Nation is at least 3rd in power, vaguely involved in war killing off the former 1st power (no access to them any longer). Allied with current 1st and 2nd powers, so there's scope for interesting diplomacy, as that alliance is likely to end shortly.

Looking for a permanent sub because my head really isn't in the game anymore, and I'm not doing the position justice.
