Editing name and flag of "RED" and "GREEN"?
 

Is possible to change the name and flags of "RED" and "GREEN" countries or they are hardcoded? Want to add a couple of citional countries for my own use, and the hability to change the name and the flags of this two generic, will be a great addition.

I think you can, i remember seeing a mod that changed them, just don't know how...

You can change the MOBHack INI file and that will change the name in MOBHack and Game Options but the game itself is hardcoded

So is possible to change the name but not the flags, thats it?

Ultimately in the game the names would have to be changed in code and the flags would have to be edited using SHPEDIT so of those two issues the real problem from your POV would be the actual nation name used in the game code ( assuming you can figure out where all the flags buttons, V-Hex flags and ID tags are in the SHP files using SHPEDIT )
