Will SEIV GOLD work on Dell laptops with ME?
 

I want to purchase SEIV Gold, but only for my laptop (I have the original on my desktop)... I was one of those who posted about SEIV and a Dell Laptop running ME (8100 Inspiron) and how I have to leave it on a half hour (at least) in order for the game not to crash....

I really want to play on my laptop.. but don't want to waste the money if this isn't fixed.

I too am one of those who has been posting Messages regarding the problem Jason is referring to, and because at least one person has reported the problem on a Dell desktop machine running ME, I suspect that the problem may be more widespread than Dell laptops. For details, see the Game Unplayable thread.
