Spotter Planes

You should be able to review spoter planes if you have no AA guns in the area. your troops know they could have been spoted and so they won't be waiting for the punishement.

Not real sure what you are getting at.
Do you mean if you are spotted, then you should know by what means of aircraft?
It's simple, as your AA that fires, whether dedicated AA, sams or small arms or aamg's,, will indenify it.
Watch the info bar at top;)

Edit} you will not know if you were spotted,it's not that important, unless you stay put and wait for that punishment.

Re: Spoter planes

If you have no AA weapons you will never know if a spoter plane was flying over you. and you should have the choice to move or not, if you think you could have been spoted.
Personnaly in a case like this, i always move my troops.
So the "replay" should always show the spoter planes, even if they are not engaged by AA weapons.

Aircraft are always seen over the flyover zone, whether you have AA or not,im pretty sure it's the same way with spotter planes:rolleyes:

Re: Spotter Planes

It is different for PBEM games (like artillery). Until I have asked my opponent if he can see the spotter plane he was unaware why I was so good in guessing where to plot the artillery.

Since i never use spotter A/C or most of my opponents in pbem,i was not aware of that:o
They should not be used in pbem, if they are they get shot down too easily,a waste of air points.
