Dom3 close itself when resolving battle
 
I am playing bogarus against 7 impossible ai.
Mod:cbm 1.84
Map:land of shahrivar (nospecial)

It's late game around 6 year, more than 72 turns I guess. Sometimes after I click end turn, when dom3 is resolving battle, the game just close itself. The program is closed without error msg, like disappearing.

It seems this problem happens If I have a huge fight with ai, involving hundreds of soldiers and many mages in that turn. If I tried to move my force away from ai and avoid the battle, sometimes it wont happen.

Does anybody have similar problem before? Thank you

You could run it with the -dd switch to get a debug log. The end of it would show what killed it.

Id recommend sending in the game to Illwinter but thats best done if you are running with no mods and no special maps to muddy things

Then there is the fact that the new patch will fix two different crash bugs, but sending the save files to illwinter, as well as any crash log would be useful. See the stickied bug shortlist thread for instructions.

Use -dd. Gives more detail. Even more d gives even more detail, but running more than -dd is excessive for this problem.

Send the log file and the savegame to Illwinter for analysis, as per the shortlist thread instructions.
