Sub needed for Rlyeh - MA mod game Testing Grounds
 

A permanent Rlyeh sub is needed for the mod game Testing Grounds.
The current turn is 54, Rlyeh doesn't appear to be in war with anyone.
The position is probably not the best (score graphs are off).
Rlyeh controls all the water but seems stuck in it with no clear target to emerge onto land.

Certainly not a game winning position but there's always the fun on bashing and going against other mod nations in this game which you've never played against.
