No HE kill for Pueppchen?
 
I was recently playing a game with a bunch of 8.8cm Pueppchen (weapon 072 on German OOB) under my control, and noticed that they could not engage enemy infantry with their HEAT rounds. This seems to be due to weapon having a HE kill rating of 0.

Should that weapon have the same HE kill rating of 4 as Panzerschreck (weapon 092)? My understanding is that the two used pretty similar, if not identical warheads.

It probably should have same HE kill as panzershreck.
