Heavenly Horn

I am playing Marignon. How am I give a Harbinger the command to blow a Heavenly Horn against an undead host? Is it considered a spell, an attack or a Fire action?

Short Answer: it is a ranged attack

Long Answer: it is a magic ranged attack which does 5ap damage to everything in an AoE-5. It has a range of 23, 15 shots total and does x3 damage to demons and undead. If you get someone to cast quickness on the harbringer, it'll fire twice a round for superior demon/undead blasting goodness.
