New scenario: Catalan Wars Part I.

A border claim issue along the Spanish-French border Spain causes an international incident between the two nations erupting a full scale war between those two. The UN seeks to remedy the situation sanctioning both nations for not demobilizing their respective armies from the borders. Due to alleged worsened relations with France, Algeria supports Spain's actions and will eventually join their side if Belgium, the Netherlands or other nation should ally with France in the conflict. While the European community forces both nations to the bargaining table, Spain mobiizes elements from the 62nd mountain regiment and the 12th Mechanized Infantry Brigade to rush north towards Perpignan. The French have managed to dug in around the town of Le Boulou awaiting in ambush against any Spanish mobile forces trying to squeeze through.

New scenario: Catalan Wars Part II.

The Spanish 12th Mechanized Infantry Brigade is tasked with leading a desperate assault on the southern outskirts of the town of Perpignan with the intentions of softening whatever opposition is met until they are properly relieved by other supporting and better armored units. Elements from the french 8th Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment and other armored units are ordered to hold ground in the sector.

Oche, great scenerio! I've played 3 turns so far. One of my BMR's got an immobilized hit from a French AMX, I thought I was safe moving my reinforcements up E15 A9 Highway.

The map looks great!

New scenario: Catalan Wars Part III.

While trying to position West of Perpignan a french mechanized infantry battallion supported by tanks from the 12th cuirassiers regiment meets advancing Elements from the Spanish 5th Light Infantry Brigade.

New scenario: Catalan Wars Part IV.

After receiving a fierce repulse around Perpignan, the Spanish are finally reinforced with Algerian units which are immediatly rushed to the Catalan front with the hope of delaying the French effort of driving back the Spaniards back to the mountains. The 8th Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment and other units are tasked to clean the sector.

Have played the first 1, quite diffecult, but good scenario and i managed a draw. took all hexes but had very high casualties espcially amongst my M60s, those are very soft by modern standards huh?
2nd one i started playing but very soon realised that my current approach will lead to a massacre of my trrops. Anyways its seems a well made scenario, with carefully thought out enemy psitions and units.
