Shroud with S9 vs. mind hunt/seeking arrow, etc.

Know this has been answered somewhere but was wondering if mind hunt and other direct remote attack spells are thwarted by the twist fate of an S9 shroud.

An interesting question witch I have no answer for. It will most likely work against seeking arrows but soulslay is already known to ignore luck effects. So weather Twist Fate works, is a coin toss.
