Well,I have been away from SE IV for a while. Please help me with your recommendations on the "best" mods to consider . Thanks

TDM-Modpack, Pirates and Nomads

I'd say mine, but it's in halflbaked form at the moment..

Note that you can combine TDM and P&N.

Just download the AI Patcher, run it on a copy of the TDM races, and place the patched AIs into your P&N folder.

Be sure to use an Engine Factor of at least 45 when you use the AI patcher, or AIs and Baseships may cause RangeCheckErrors.
