i have been trying to find what exactly this does. I am playing EA agartha with CBM 1.92 and not usre of the effects.

It tells it brings darkness to the entire world, but does this means also that the income is reduced to 10%?

Open the Seal has these effects:
- Brings darkness to the entire world, like Utterdark. Income is reduced to 10% everywhere.
- Releases three dead gods under your control. These are powerful unique SCs.
- Releases a horde of Umbrals.

It's very powerful.

When this spell is dispelled the CS's and umbrals stay. Fyi.

If this spell is then recast, do you gain a new horde of Umbrals? And what about the SC's? Since they're unique you won't get two of each, but do you get back those who were killed before? Do the ones still in the game teleport to the casters province? (Like wishing for uniques?)

If this is the case it might be worth to overwrite your own spell in certain circumstances. :angel

The answer *should* be yes to all of those.

iirc Apart from the teleporting yes. (only tested it once in a debug mod game btw).

Uniques only teleport when they are wished for. When summoned using normal spells they just do not respond.
