A wargame editor Co., Watserland interactiove, said to me that 200 vote would be for them a correct limit to see if there is a market for this kind of 14-18 large game

I'M pretty sure 14-18 means World War I. Considering the type of games Wasteland Interactive makes, it also makes the most sense.
