Holy Force?

I've recently been having a series of "holy force native to province attacking/killing undead".

Thing is, its in my capital. Is this native to LA Marignon, or is it some other source for this (there is no Purgatory up)? A national hero perhaps? I'm starting to get frustrated and considering whether or not putting up a dome might help.

That's from the "House of Justice" capital site that LA Marignon gets. There is nothing you can do about it (apart from not having undead/demonic units in your capital), although it shouldn't be strong enough to kill Demons, who usually have 20+HP and don't have the Never Heals trait. Undead are in more trouble though, especially the chaffy type that have the Never Heals trait. MA Marignon have the same effect from their captial site, only it's more powerful.

Edi's DB contains the full list of vanilla sites and their attributes. (check his signature, which is most easily located in the FAQ thread)

I figured that was the culprit, but I wasn't sure entirely.

Hmm, it does make defending my capital more annoying.

I was wondering about that message too. That explains it!
