Blood slaves turned to regular units
If a commander holding blood slaves retreats from a battle, the slaves will remain behind and in case the province is still held at the end of the turn, they swill appear on the army setup screen as individual units.
Is there any way to return the slaves to their original role, or are they lost forever in concern to spell casting? Help appreciated as usual :) |
Re: Blood slaves turned to regular units
Try commanding them like regular units (like set them up in the army set-up screen and everything- maybe have them guard commander). Then order blood spells during combat and see if they get used?
This is only a hypothesis, not a tested answer. |

They get used. They are just harder to move around.

They will still get used for blood magic iirc. Even as a commander.
Might crash the game if you empower one in blood and use itself to cast a spell. Dunno, would be interesting to try out. |

Though it would be funny, especially if it was some self-buff. And it'd be very apropos if it was "Life for a Life".
