Roster question.

When you chance a Company HQ unit and its' subordinates to a different unit type, the unit roster will still call the Company formation by the origional unit type. For example, when changing from an Infantry Company '44 to a Gebirgsjaeger Company, the roster still says Infantry Company '44. Is there a way to update the changes?
Thanks.

Re: Roster question.

Thanks for your reply.
A long campaign and later in the game. What I'm talking about is the description in white letters under the formation line.
Thanks again.

Re: Roster question.

...so had this old formation been in your core for a few battles then you decided to change it to something else ??

Maybe post a save game here so we all can see what you are referring to ???? and include all the relevant info regarding formation ID AND what the formation had been and what you changed it to.

What this sounds like is you changed all the units but the x0 and if you do that the original title will be retained because when I try to do what you say you did in the first post, buying then deleting a formation, based on this very limited information, I see the new formation name

WAS THIS A CORE FORMATION ??... if if was a core formation all you can do is replace UNITS in a core formation once it has been bought and you have moved past the purchace screen, you cannot change the formation so if it started as regular infantry, it stays regular infantry .

You could use a post-it on the left side of your moniter to help remind you:)
