Bat Country (65 + 8, wraparound)

Features:
- Like 70-80% of the provinces are named with completely unfunny names!
- Wraparound!
- One sea connection between the cities marked by anchor!
- 65 land provinces and 8 sea provinces!
- Chances are some province connections are missing or shouldn't be there!
- A couple of provinces set as nostarts!
