New Victory Conditions
 
I have posted this before, but with the Gold edition coming out again I would like to make this feature request again.

To me, SEIV is all about race. The cultivation, expansion, and possible enslavery of races. I feel there need to be Victory Conditions reflecting this.

I would LOVE it if something like the following were added:

-Win with X# of population of your own race
-Win with controlling X# of population of combined races
-Win with having X% more population than others.

That could be interesting and because if you dont' like the conditions you don't have to select htem everyone wouldn't have to enjoy the thing, i think a custom condition would be nice iwth modifiers (a bevy hopefully) to choose your own. I think there should be more affects from races you capture. So far all they do is not be happy, how about any ships built there can be built with their racial traits/their planets produce wiht thier traits until you recolonize (important to keep down rebels).
