Not sure if this has been mentioned already but would it be possible for formations 477 & 478 Light Rifle Co & Platoon to change the name of the Rifle Sections to something diffrent like Light Rifle so they are easy to tell apart from the standard squads which are also named Rifle Section.
If possible & space permits being able to purchase a Platoon of Light Rifle with the ability to purchase a diffrent type of varient in the 4th squad slot would be nice i.e

xx0 Support Squad
xx1 & xx2 Light Rifle Squad (full selection as is or just non RPG equiped versions)
xx3 Light Rifle Squad (just RPG versions)

This allows you to purchase 1 squad with an RPG for bunker busting & the occasional vehicle while keeping the others infantry based for the likes of Afganistan

Squads?!? :hurt:

The tactical group is called a section. A random collection of blokes doing fatigues, square-bashing etc. is termed a squad. Hence the name 'squaddies' that the British soldiers ironically apply to themselves.

(Bet you can tell I got an ear-bashing from an NCO when I used the 'squad' term as a fluffy new guy back in the 1970s! :re:)

Just choose one a support section that has a LAW such as ILAW (#621, say) when purchasing the formation. Or buy an inf-AT formation or 2 to attach to the company for bunker bashing duties?

Plus, when the new release comes out, if you have the full CD game then you can always use the 'change all' function in the campaign upgrade screen or scenario designer to change the support sections to one of the NATO formation style ones of your choice, in one easy mass replacement.

I know just dont like my leaders being the guy who has to come forward & take it out so adding inf-AT it will be.
Brit rifle sections are some of the best in the game & late era the support unit with the Cdo Mortar is a personal favorite when meeting groups of infantry or for his assist vs MGs & ATGMs

Then roll your own formations to suit your personal preference, you have Mobhack and that is what it is there for after all.

Ahhh the differences between American, British, and Canadian.
All speak the same language (more-or-less) but sometimes the same word has different meanings in each.

I'll add this to my list. I think the HORNET would be a worthy addition if Don agrees. It has the production numbers, weapons and combat pedigree. The HORNET was the fastest twin engined fighter ever produced with a Max. Spd. of 472mph featuring new R/R Merlin Counter Rotating engines with a Max. Rng. of 3000mi. which is very impressive. Armament consisted of 4 Hispano 20mm cannons and ethier 2x1000lb. (RAF F.1) or 2x2000lb. (RAF F.3) bombs or 8 27kg rockets. The RN version the F.Mk20 is similiar to the RAF F.3. The RAF used the type to replace it's P-51 Squadrons and during the Maylaya Crisis it replaced the SPITFIRE and BEAUFIGHTER Squadrons with F.3. The type saw operational service from mid '46 to about the same time in '56. Many sites indicated it saw such service at the beginning of the "Jet Age" due to it's reliability, speed but most importantly due to it's extended range. The RAF F.3 & RN F.Mk20 has an added dorsel finlet on the tail, see Pic below.

I needed this moved up front (Pg.1) so I can continue my work.
I believe these planes were bigger than the MOSQUITO.

Just FYI the hornet is quite a bit SMALLER than the Mossy (approx 3m/10feet shorter and wingspan also approx 3m/10feet narrower)
