Syrian Truck Inf Pl - obat03 Formation #161

In the Syrian OOB, I note a Truck Inf Pl of three infantry sections (350), but only two truck units (45). The formation is numbered 161 in obat03.

Is this correct, or should we have three truck units?

The medium truck holds 18 men.

The rifle section is 9 men.

so rifle 3 sections fit into 2 trucks:
2 in the first one (9+9=18)
1 in the second

It is simple arithmetic.
