ldr20.dat - leader name corrections

I know this is a minor point, but some of the leader names for Yugoslavia are actually first names rather than surnames. Specifically:

Radovan
Mile
Ratko
Ante
Ramiz
Radomir
Draza
Franjo
Alija
Kosta

In case you think it's worth correcting, here are some proper Yugoslav surnames to replace them:

Kardelj
Ribar
Kovacevic
Rankovic
Popovic
Gosnjak
Drapsin
Jovanovic
Rozman
Hebrang
