Customer Service

I really enjoy the new upgrades for this and MBT. The newest patches have made these great games better. If I did not have such a bad time with customer service when I bought MBT I would pick up winSPWW2 today. Heck....I bought SPMBT twice....yes twice...and I was still treated badly even after the nimrod knew that. I bet the extras that come with the CD version make the WW2 game outstanding. I'm kinda goofy and when customer service is rude to me I kinda hold a grudge. I would tolerate it if I was rude first but whoever they have working there must be a very unhappy person. I think that if you work in customer service that maybe, just maybe, you should be able to offer help to customers without being rude. Now I know that Gamers Front operates the e-store but I wonder who is in customer service? Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll fire the fella with the neo-small-guy-I-hate-people attitude. I think I might recommend others to spend money on this game if that happens. Until then I will continue to tell everyone who will listen about the very poor customer service.

I'm upset because I can only read how great the download version is. I fully understand why people don't ask a lot of questions on this forum but I would think you could ask customer service a question if you paid money for the game.

No question. Just stating the fact that it is a shame that customer service is not customer friendly. I guess if I had to put it in a form a question, I would ask why the customer service through Gamers Front is unaware what customer service is supposed to do?

Gamers Front does not have their own forum so I thought I'd post it on here. I love the games but it is unfortunate that they can't find someone friendlier than an Al-Quaeda sharpshooter to work in customer service.

I have already alerted Shrapnel management and they have replied that they will investigate so it is totally in their hands now. We don't deal with that aspect of game sales
