Reinstalling and patches
 

Well I have been pulled out of nice quiet life to deal with some war gaming.

So some basic questions about reinstalling the ATF -> AATF games and the needed patches.
All I see on the Shrapnel game sites for the games are the latest patches. Are these complete encompassing the preceding ones or do they depend on older ones?
As an example ATF has the latest patch as v1.08 but from dim memory there were a few before that. So does v1.08 cover all those previous patches for ATF?

Also there were some odd corrections that CPangracs had some over on Gamesquad for TSATC.
There were also some good downloads for ATF there but don’t bother pointing me to them as my ISP has stuffed up my access to that site since they did some “upgrades”, whatever that means as it looks more like downgrades.

It’s a bit difficult with 2 sites and the resources not on both.

I might even have a relook at that mapmaking tool TDR MSC and TDR TBuild once I work out how to run Visual Studio 2003 under Win7, or find an old machine to run XP!

Yes I will finally get around to dealing with the old AARs I sent.

Howdy TDR,

The patches are all encompassing so you should be good there.

I still have your MSC/TBuild download too! What I don't seem to have are the changes you mentioned for TSATC. I'll head over to Gamesquad and see if I can get them.

As far as the TDR MSC and TDR TBuild goes I never knew how many people ever used it, or if it was worth the effort.
Never got any feed back on it.

As for the TSATC odd patches I think they have been added to the last patches for TSATC as it came out after the problems were picked up.
