Obats 93-99

Just a silly question...are Obats 93-99 meant as reserve Obat slots for the game developers or is it possible to create your own fictious nation there with a mixture of the other nations military equipment?

Yes they are strictly for r&d. I am sure if they were available they would already be assigned to a country.

If you want to start your own fictional oob you could start with either red or green oob in a custom folder. Then you can install it any time you want to use it.
